Commission Process

1. Initial Sketches:
   I will send rough sketches to get a general idea of what you want. This is where we figure out composition, pose, and character design.
   Approval is required before moving forward.
2. Be Specific About Medium:
   I can create your illustration in multiple formats. Please tell me clearly what kind you want:
   • 3D illustration (made in Blender)
   • Traditional/physical drawing or painting
   • Digital painting or drawing
   Physical works can be shipped! The only additional the cost is for postage (usually just stamps).
3. Pricing:
   Final cost is based on complexity:
   • Outfit complexity
   • Background complexity
   • Pose complexity
   Additional charges:
   • + $10 for painted finish
   • + $10 for matching a specific commercial artstyle
   • + $20 for detailed backgrounds
   Payment is due after sketch approval.
4. Detailed Sketch:
   A more refined version of the sketch will be made once the payment is sent.
   Approval is required before continuing to lineart.
5. Lineart:
   Clean and finalized outlines of the image.
   Approval is required before coloring.
6. Coloring and Shading:
   Once lineart is approved, I’ll move on to coloring and final rendering.

Turnaround Time

Commissions usually take between 1 week and 2 months, depending on my current workload with school or other responsibilities. I will stay in touch and provide updates during the process.

Character Design Process

1. Client Brief
   I’ll ask for key details to understand the character you need:
   • Personality, role, and background
   • Visual references or moodboards (if available)
   • Required traits (e.g., features, colors, style)
   I’m comfortable designing characters inspired by sex work aesthetics, including lingerie or provocative outfits. However, I do not accept commissions for pornographic purposes or explicit sexual use.
2. Payment
   After reviewing your brief and confirming project scope, I’ll quote the final price based on complexity. Full payment is required before I move forward.
3. Concept Sketches
   I’ll provide 2–4 rough designs exploring silhouettes, outfit ideas, and overall feel.
   → You choose one or request a combination.
4. Refined Sketch
   I’ll develop the chosen concept into a clean, detailed sketch.
   → Final approval is required before continuing.
5. Color Options
   I’ll provide 1–3 palette choices unless you already have one.
   → You select or adjust the final color scheme.
6. Final Design
   The design is cleaned up, colored, and rendered. Deliverables typically include:
   • Front view (standard)
   • Optional back view, expression sheet, or item callouts depending on the commission
7. Delivery
   Final files are delivered as high-resolution PNGs. PSDs available upon request.

Commercial Use

Just like with my illustration work, if you intend to use my character design for profit (e.g., in a game, comic, or merchandise), we can arrange one of the following:

• A $50 flat commercial use fee, or
• A profit-sharing agreement, if you'd prefer ongoing collaboration.

You may resell the design (e.g., as part of a character adopt), but not for a higher price than you paid without my knowledge or permission.

Credit is required. You must clearly credit me as the character designer wherever the character appears, including in game credits, product pages, or any public use.

Turnaround Time

Estimated between 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload. I’ll provide regular progress updates throughout.

Concept Art Process

1. Client Brief & References
   You provide:
   - A short written description of your idea (character, creature, prop, etc.)
   - Any references or moodboards (optional but helpful)
   - Must-have elements (pose, expression, style, items, etc.)
2. Payment & Base Pricing
   After the brief, I’ll quote a base price based on complexity.
   Add-on options:
   + $5 for a clean concept sketch
   + $10+ for rendering (depends on file size, resolution, and detailing)
   Payment is required before I begin sketches.
3. Thumbnails / Silhouettes
   I create quick thumbnail sketches or silhouettes (3–6 options) to explore the design.
   You choose your favorite direction.
4. Rough Concept Sketch
   A more detailed sketch of the chosen concept:
   - Shows design elements clearly (pose, outfit, etc.)
   - May include quick notes or rough color
   You review and approve before continuing.
5. Clean Concept Sketch (Optional +$5)
   Finalized linework with all design choices locked in.
   Great for clarity or if you plan to use this in production pipelines.
6. Rendering & Polish (Optional +$10+)
   Full shading, lighting, materials.
   Can include: alternate colors, extra views, expressions, callouts.
   Pricing depends on file size, complexity, and level of detail.

Turnaround Time

Typically 1 week to 2 months, depending on my school/work schedule and complexity of the request.
I’ll provide updates at each stage and notify you if there are any delays.

Coding Commission Process

Age Policy

I do not accept commissions from anyone under 18 years old. I will not interact with children online

1. Initial Discussion

We will discuss your project requirements primarily via Discord (preferred). Other platforms are possible, but email is not preferred.

2. Pricing

- Base fee: $30 per page
- Additional charge: $10 per hour spent on development
I track my time with a stopwatch and will provide time receipts to show hours worked.

3. Site Mockup & Payment

I will create a site mockup and send it to you for approval. After you approve the mockup, the base fee payment is required upfront before development begins.

4. Development and Time Tracking

I will develop the site while tracking hours carefully. You will receive regular updates and time receipts. Any hours beyond the base fee will be billed at $10 per hour.

5. Review and Revisions

Once development is complete, you will review the site. Revisions are possible and will be discussed if they go beyond the original project scope.

6. Final Payment and Delivery

When you approve the final version and all billable hours are accounted for, the remaining payment is due. The completed site will then be delivered.
